Refund & Returns Policy

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Faulty Products: If the product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the specifications described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
  • Change of Mind: While we are not legally required to offer refunds for change of mind, we may provide an exchange at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
  • Time Frame: Faulty products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Process for Returns

  2. Authorisation: If reason is sufficient, return authorisation will be given.
  3. Shipping: Return the product to the provided address. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Please note: Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
  4. Assessment: Once received, we will assess the product’s condition and reason for return.
  5. Resolution: We will notify you of the outcome and process the refund or replacement if applicable.
  6. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Exclusions

  • Products not purchased directly from us or through a qualified practitioner.
  • Items returned without prior authorisation.
  • Damages caused by misuse or neglect.
